Utility feasibility depends on the route, not just the desired fixture. The assessment should show plausible paths for receptacles, lighting controls, appliance power, water, waste, venting, fuel, or exhaust and identify the surfaces each route would disturb. A basement ceiling route, crawlspace route, floor raceway, and slab trench have different access, repair, and uncertainty. For a material dispute, obtain advice appropriate to the contract and jurisdiction rather than assuming a warranty label controls every remedy.
